Custom Chimney Caps: Enhancing Style and Functionality

Our custom chimney caps are designed to be attractive and functional while providing maximum value for your money. Our standard caps are made from 18 gauge .040 aluminum with a baked-on matte black finish both inside and out. If you want something a little different, that’s no problem. We also make caps from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper, and we can fabricate just about any custom style you would like.

Chase Pans

Chase pans cover a pre-fabricated or wood framed chimney, which often feature a siding such as wood or vinyl. They cover the entire chimney chase, and have a hole where the flue comes through. You may order them as a pan only, or you can include a decorative wind shroud. Some common examples are featured to the left. Talk to us about custom designs.

Our standard pans are made of aluminum and feature a spin-in collar to eliminate the need for drilling holes in your cap. This feature, when coupled with aluminum material and high quality advanced polymer sealant, offers a longevity and security that sets our pans apart from the competition.

Masonry Caps

A masonry cap covers the top of a masonry chimney, which are often made from brick or stone. Installing a masonry cap will:

-Keep critters from getting into your chimney 

-Provide protection from floating embers

-Shed water away from your chimney top & rain from entering fireplace 

-Greatly extend the life of your chimney

-Stop or slow down existing damage/leaks

-Prevent leaf litter

-Reduce downdrafts
